  • Do you ship internationally?

    Currently, we do not ship internationally.

  • I entered the wrong shipping address. How do I update it?

    We usually process orders within an hour of receiving them. If you realize you submitted the incorrect address, please email info@pacscreation.com as soon as possible to have the address corrected.

  • How long does shipping take?

    We take pride in our quick shipping! Processing and shipping could take 1-3 days (not including weekends). Delivery will be determined by the carrier. We sincerely apologize in advance if your package is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • My order was returned to sender. Can you ship it back to me?

    Orders returned to sender by the courier service will be subject to a restocking fee. The remainder, excluding shipping costs, will be refunded to the original payment method. If needed, please submit a new order with the accurate info.

  • I entered the wrong shipping address and I'm unable to retrieve my package from where it was delivered. Can you send me a new package?

    We are unable to send you a replacement package. Please place a new order in order to receive your items.
