We take great pride in getting our products to our customers as soon as possible. Your order will be processed the day it is placed. Your order will be shipped on the next business day. Your order may be shipped the same day in some cases. The majority of our packages are shipped via USPS and will arrive in 1-5 business days.

We do not currently offer international shipping, but we do ship to all 50 US states and territories. We intend to broaden our reach in the future.

Yes, our products are all-natural, contain no harmful additives, and can be used to treat a variety of skin problems. They contain only natural ingredients, thereby minimizing the risk of adverse effects.

Restocking an item is determined by the item's demand. Each sold-out item will have a waitlist option. Sign up for the waitlist to assist us in determining demand. We will make every effort to restock the item within a week or two. All who sign up will receive an alert, and they'll have first access to the restocked item(s).

During transit, especially during the hot summer months, your body butter may become warm and melt. Do not be alarmed. When you get your package, place it in the refrigerator or freezer for at least 5 minutes, stir with a spoon, and then place it back in for another 5 minutes. Continue doing this until you achieve the desired consistency. Remember that the texture may change, but the nourishing properties will remain the same.

With the exception of our body scrubs, which requires a natural preservative to help in the event of water being introduced into the container, all of our products are all natural and require little to no preservatives. Each product has a shelf life of about 12 months. We recommend keeping your products away from direct sunlight and heat.

Although all of our products are non-toxic and natural, they are not intended for oral consumption. It may smell and look delicious, but we recommend that you use it exactly as directed.
